Ingredients:

1 package Turano French rolls
1 lb. or so of smoked Polish sausage
1 large onion cut in half and sliced
1Tbsp. olive oil
yellow mustard

Maxwell Street Polish

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in sauté pan on medium high, add onion and cook until tender but still crunchy, tossing occasionally.
2. Cut sausage into 6???lengths and grill or fry until heated through, brown and slightly crisp.
3. Open roll into a “V???spread inside with mustard, place a link of sausage on roll and smother with fried onions.
4. Now you are Good to Go!
