Deviled Egg Salad on 100% Whole Grain Bread

Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip


8 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped 1 stalk celery, finely chopped ¼ onion, finely chopped 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard 2 teaspoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped ½ teaspoon dried dill ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper salt and pepper 1 teaspoon truffle oil (optional) 8 slices Turano 100% Whole Grain Bread


Mix all ingredients, other than the bread, together in a bowl using a spatula. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Spread evenly on sandwiches and serve
