Butter Garlic Elote Avocado Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

• Pane Turano
• Cotija Cheese
• 4 corn
• 1 stick of butter
• 2 garlic cloves
• Mayo
• Chili powder
• 1 Avocado
• Cilantro
• 1 lime
• Tomato
• Red Onion


Directions

• Optional - Microwave corn for 5-6 minutes
• Grill corn on medium heat until the corn is equally distributed color charred
• While corn is grilling, melt stick of butter in pan and mix with two minced garlic cloves and add salt to taste
• When butter is melted and mixed well with garlic and salt, use to spread over corn as it is grilling
• Toast Pane Turano
• Cut avocado into cubes and place tomato, red onion, cilantro with salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lime in a bowl and mix.
• Once corn is grilled to perfection, cut the kernels off with a knife and place in separate bowl
• Add cotija cheese, chili powder, and mayonnaise in with corn and mix.
• Place corn mixture on Pane Turano along with avocado mixture
