Easy Grilled Chicken Parmesan Grinder


• 6 Turano French Rolls, split
• Olive oil
• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
• 1 jar of marinara sauce
• 1 medium yellow onion, sliced into strips
• 18 slices of provolone cheese
• ½ cup of parmesan cheese, finely grated
• Oregano and Italian seasoning to taste
• Salt and pepper to taste


① Sauté the chicken in olive oil with the onions, salt, pepper, and seasonings, until cooked.
② Add about 1 ½ cups of marinara and let it simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid on. You can add more sauce if you like.
③ Add in the parmesan cheese and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes.
④ Brush some olive oil on the split Turano Italian Rolls and bake at 375°F until crispy. Top with 2 slices of cheese and bake until melted.
⑤ Top each roll with chicken mixture and one more slice of cheese. Broil on low until cheese is bubbly. Top with Italian seasoning.
