Easy Grilled Chicken Parmesan Grinder

Bacon and Brie Sandwich


Turano Italian Rolls Olive oil 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces 1 jar of marinara sauce 1 medium yellow onion, sliced into strips 6 Turano Italian Rolls, split 18 slices of provolone cheese ½ cup of parmesan cheese, finely grated Oregano and Italian seasoning to taste Salt and pepper to taste


Sauté the chicken in olive oil with the onions, salt, pepper, and seasonings, until cooked. Add about 1 ½ cups of marinara and let it simmer for about 20 minutes with the lid on. You can add more sauce if you like. Add in the parmesan cheese and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes. Brush some olive oil on the split Turano Italian Rolls and bake at 375°F until crispy. Top with 2 slices of cheese and bake until melted. Top each roll with chicken mixture and one more slice of cheese. Broil on low until cheese is bubbly. Top with Italian seasoning.
