Italian Beef Grilled Cheese


• 4 Rustic Italian Slices
• Italian Beef Kit, to reheat
• 4 Provolone Cheese Slices
• 4 Tbsp of Butter
• Pepperoncini, to taste
• Giardiniera, to taste


① Reheat prepacked Italian Beef based on the instructions.
② Butter one side of each slice of bread, and place in the pan buttered side down. Top with provolone cheese, Italian Beef, pepperoncini, and Giardiniera peppers (to taste) and top with the other slice of Rustic Italian buttered side up.
③ Grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side, and enjoy with gravy/au jus! Repeat for additional grilled cheeses.
