Ingredients
2 lb Turano Pane Italian Bread
4 tbs butter
2 tbs dijon mustard
10 slices Oaxaca cheese
1 lb ham, thinly slice
1 lb roasted pork
1/2 pund think sliced bacon
1/2 cup dilled pickles, sliced
Directions
Brush melted butter on Turano Pane bread & toast bread on skillet till brown
Layer Oaxaca cheese, sliced pork shoulder, ham, bacon, pickles and jalapeños.
Add mustard and mayonnaise.
Heat a cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.
Top with a second cast-iron skillet to weigh the sandwiches down.
Serve once cheese melts and sandwich is half its size.
