Prosciutto and Burrata Crostini


Prosciutto and Burrata Crostini

Ingredients
½ Turano rustic baguette, cut into 6 long slices (cut diagonally)
1 Tbl. Extra virgin olive oil
1 – 4 oz. ball of burrata
6 slices of prosciutto
1 Tbl. Microgreens, picked
½ tsp. Black pepper, finely ground
1 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
2. Brush or drizzle sliced bread with olive oil.
3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and golden brown. Let cool to room temperature on a cooling rack.
4. Slice burrata into 6 pieces and place on the crostini.
5. Top burrata crostini with prosciutto, microgreens, black pepper and drizzle on remaining olive oil. Serve immediately.
