Barbe-Cubano Panini on Pane Turano

Italian Wedding Soup


¼ lb. deli ham, sliced thin ¾ lb. smoked pulled pork, mixed with ½ cup Carolina Mustard Sauce (recipe follows) 8 slices Swiss cheese 24-30 pieces dill or bread & butter pickles 8 slices Pane Turano For the Carolina Mustard Sauce Start with ½ cup prepared yellow mustard ¼ cup honey 2 tablespoons cider vinegar tablespoon brown sugar 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon hot sauce


Mix all ingredients in a bowl Layer mixture on slices of Pane Turano Press on a panini press or grill in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side
