Italian Chicken Sheet Pan Supper


1 1/2 lb. shrimp 1/4 C. Buffalo sauce 1/4 C. BBQ sauce 2 tomatoes 1 small onion 1/2 head of butter lettuce 4 Tbs. Mayo 1 tsp. BBQ seasoning 4 Turano Bread Soft Sub Rolls


Clean and skewer shrimp, season with bbq seasoning blend Heat grill to medium high heat Slice tomato and onion Grill shrimp skewers for 1 min. 30 sec. on each side Remove shrimp from skewers and sauté them in Buffalo and BBQ sauces Assemble the sandwich starting with spreading mayo on the insides of the rolls, add lettuce, tomato, onion and then pile on the shrimp
