Cinco de Mayo Hoagie

Ingredients

• 4 Turano Soft Sub Rolls
• 8 slices deli chicken
• 8 slices deli turkey
• 4 slices pepper jack cheese
• 1 avocado, sliced
• ½ cup pico de gallo
• ½ cup crushed tortilla chips
• ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
• ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• ¼ cup crumbled cotija cheese

Chipotle Lime Sauce:
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo, finely minced
• 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Pinch salt


Directions

① For the sauce, in a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
② Spread a generous layer of the chipotle lime sauce on the inside of each Soft Sub roll.
③ Add chicken and turkey to the bottom half of each roll, followed by a slice of pepper jack cheese.
④ Top with shredded lettuce, avocado slices, pico de gallo, jalapeños, cotija cheese, and cilantro.
⑤ Sprinkle crushed tortilla chips over the toppings for a crispy finish.
⑥ Close the hoagies, slice in half if desired, and serve.
