Fried Chicken & Egg Brunch Burger

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

Turano Brioche Rolls
4 Chicken Thighs (raw)
Cooked Fried Chicken thighs (frozen)
Flour
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
1 stick of butter
Maple syrup
Buttermilk
Olive oil




Directions

Let thighs marinate in buttermilk for 1 hour, 3 hours, or overnight -- the longer the better
Put flour into bowl, add salt and black pepper to flour and mix
Melt butter and maple syrup together
Coat thighs with flour mixture and put on pan
Boil oil to 350 degrees
Add thighs to oil
While the chicken is cooking for 5-6 minutes, add the maple butter on the brioche buns, making sure to keep an eye on the chicken
Once the chicken is complete, take off and put on a plate with paper towel to absorb the oil
Cook egg, covered with top cover to get the fried egg flavor
Build sandwich
Optional--add bacon
