Fried Chicken & Egg Brunch Burger


• Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4 Chicken Thighs (raw)
• Cooked Fried Chicken thighs (frozen)
• Flour
• 2 eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 stick of butter
• Maple syrup
• Buttermilk
• Olive oil


• Let thighs marinate in buttermilk for 1 hour, 3 hours, or overnight -- the longer the better
• Put flour into bowl, add salt and black pepper to flour and mix
• Melt butter and maple syrup together
• Coat thighs with flour mixture and put on pan
• Boil oil to 350 degrees
• Add thighs to oil
• While the chicken is cooking for 5-6 minutes, add the maple butter on the brioche buns, making sure to keep an eye on the chicken
• Once the chicken is complete, take off and put on a plate with paper towel to absorb the oil
• Cook egg, covered with top cover to get the fried egg flavor
• Build sandwich
• Optional--add bacon
