This Bacon and Brie Sandwich is perfection on a roll. Bacon, brie, and red onion chutney served on toasted Turano French Rolls will have your taste buds dancing.

Bacon and Brie Sandwich Recipe

Yield:4 servings
1. Heat your oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Slice the baguette sections vertically and fill each with 2 slices of bacon and a quarter of the cheese.

2. Put them on a baking sheet. Cook in the oven for 5 mins, until the bread is crisped up and the cheese is beginning to melt.

3. Top each with a dollop of red onion chutney and serve immediately.

* 1 Turano French Rolls
* 8 rashers of smoked back bacon, grilled
* 200g brie cheese, cut into slices (or chunks)
* 4 tbsp red onion chutney
