Grilled Five Cheese Pinsa

Ingredients

• 1 Turano Pinsa Rustica
• 8 pieces fresh mozzarella, torn
• ½ cup shredded provolone
• ½ cup shredded fontina
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan
• ½ cup ricotta
• Fresh cracked black pepper
• Optional: fresh basil leaves for garnish, red pepper flakes


Directions

① Preheat a gas grill to medium heat (about 400°F). Lightly oil the grates or a rimmed baking sheet to prevent sticking.
② Place the Turano Pinsa Rustica on a cutting board. Spread a layer of ricotta as the base. Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella, provolone, fontina, and Parmesan over the Pinsa.
③ Transfer the assembled Pinsa directly onto the grill or a preheated pan. Close the lid and grill for 7–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the Pinsa are golden and crisp. Rotate if needed for even cooking.
④ Remove from the grill, slice into portions, and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve warm.
