Italian Burger

Savory Bread Pudding

Ingredients

4 Turano Brioche Rolls
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. garlic salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
⅛ tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. ground beef
½ cup marinara sauce
Butter




Directions

In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella and the seasonings. Add beef and mix until combined. Shape into 4 patties, about ½ an inch thick.

Grill the burgers over medium high heat, or broil for 4-5 minutes on each side or until thermometer reads 160°.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and grill, covered, for 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill. Butter each roll on the inside and grill, butter side up, until the rolls are golden brown. Remove from grill, top with the burgerm and then the marinara sauce. Enjoy!
