• 4 slices of Pane Turano
• Fresh basil pesto
• 8 slices of Mozzarella cheese
• 1 large tomato
• Basil (option for garnish)

① Start by butterflying the Italian Sausage, then place them directly on the hot grill, flip and cook until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
② Spread pesto on both slices of the bread. Then place two slices of mozzarella on each slice of bread and top one slice with 2 thinly cut tomatoes.
③ Place the prepped bread slices directly on the top section of the grill for the cheese to melt. Once the cheese has melted, add the butterflied Italian Sausage and top with the slice of bread.
④ Remove the sandwich from the grill, cut and enjoy!
