Bambino Steakhouse Sandwich
Ingredients
• 2 Turano Bambino Rolls
• 1 tsp. black pepper
• 1⁄2 tsp. paprika
• 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1⁄2 tsp. salt
• 2 lbs. Tenderloin or Sirloin Steak
• 8 slices sharp provolone cheese
• 1⁄2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 1⁄2 cup blue cheese dressing
• 1 tsp. fresh grated or prepared horseradish
Directions
① Mix together pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Sprinkle over steak to coat. Grill or sauté steak over high heat for 2 minutes on all 4 sides (for • medium rare). Set aside, let rest 10 minutes.
② Slice steak thinly (about 1/8” thick).
③ Warm Turano Bambino Rolls either over the grill (over indirect heat, 1-2 minutes) or in the oven (350*F for 3 minutes).
④ Stir together blue cheese dressing and horseradish.
⑤ Top Bambino Rolls each with 1 slice of sharp provolone, 3-4 oz. of steak and yellow onions and blue cheese dressing to taste.
