Steak 'n' Bleu Cheese on Soft Sub Roll
Ingredients
1 Pkg. Turano Soft Sub Rolls
4oz. Sandwich steak (may be thin round steak or Ribeye) seasoned in marinade 1 hr.
1 oz. Bleu cheese or Italian Gorgonzola
2 Tbsp. Horseradish sauce
Thin sliced red onion
Romane lettuce leaf
Marinated sliced tomatoes (for tomatoes and for the steak use the same marinade seperately)
Olive oil
Fresh squeezed garlic cloves
A pinch of Oregano
Salt and pepper
Directions
Pre-heat grill to high
Remove steak from marinade
Pat dry and place on hot grill
Steak should cook in 2 to 3 minutes
Turn once
Meanwhile open bun into a "V"
Spread inside top of bun with horseradish sauce
On inside bottom sprinkle with bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce leaves, onion pieces, and marinated tomato slices
Place your steak on top of all that and enjoy a wonderful juicy treat
