Mac and Cheeseburger


• 2 Turano Hamburger Buns
• 2 cheddar cheese slices
• 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 - 3/4 lbs of leanground beef
• 1 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
• 2 tablespoons of or butter
• 2 cup all purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 cups skim milk
• Your favorite burger toppings.


① Bring a small pot to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until soft.

② While the macaroni is cooking, add butter into a separate saucepan and slowly melt over low heat for about one minute. Add the flour, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir with a spoon. Once mixed, remove it from the cooktop and slowly start a cup of milk of your choice. Put the saucepan back on the burner and heat it until boiling. Make sure to stir occasionally. Add the cheddar cheese until melted.

③ Once the macaroni is finished, drink the excess water into the sink and add it into the cheese mixture. Set aside.

④ Shape meat into 3 patties about 1/2 inch thick and cook on a skillet on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.

⑦ Top the bun with your favorite veggies, a slice of cheddar, burger patty, and macaroni and cheese.
