Marinated Bean and Parsley Salad

Ingredients

• 4 slices Pane Turano, toasted
• 1 – 15 oz. can cannellini beans, drained
• 1 – 15 oz. can chickpeas, drained
• 3 tbl. white balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ½ bunch parsley, chopped
• ¼ cup good olive oil
• ½ tsp chili flake


Directions

① Mix together all ingredients, besides bread. Let marinate at room temp at least 30 minutes.
② Serve with toasted bread as an appetizer or as a stand-alone salad.
