Pulled Chicken Pesto Philly
Ingredients
3 tbl. butter
2 tbl. basil pesto
4 oz. button mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 lb. Cooked chicken, pulled
8 slices provolone cheese
4 Turano Soft Sub Rolls, split, toasted
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add pesto, stir to combine with butter, then add mushrooms if desired. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add chicken and stir to combine. Let cook 2 minutes.
Divide chicken and mushroom mix into 4 equal piles within the skillet.
Place cheese over the top of the chicken and let melt 1-2 minutes.
Scoop individual piles into toasted Soft Sub Rolls and serve.
