Salmon Avocado Toast


• 2 Turano Rustic Grains Slice
• 1 large ripe avocado
• 8 ounces of smoked salmon or 4 thin slices
• 2-3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
• Optional: 1/2 cup of pico de gallo or 4 tablespoons of thinly sliced onions


① Lightly brush the bread and toast to your desired level.
② Mash the avocado with a fork or chop into slices and place over the toast.
③ Layer each slice with 2 ounce of smoked salmon, red onion and squeeze fresh lemon juice to taste. Finish it off by sprinkling salt, pepper and hemp seeds. Add pico de gallo or red onions for more variety.
