Charcuterie Sandwich

Charcuterie Sandwich

Ingredients

• Rustic Italian
• 2 packs of Prosciutto
• 1 Brie round
• Your choice of charcuterie meats (Salami, Capicola, Soppressata)
• Manchego Cheese
• Parmesan Block or Grated Parmesan
• Your choice of Jam
• 1 stick salted butter, softened
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of sea salt

Directions

① Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
② Wrap both sides of the Brie in the prosciutto, drizzle with honey and place in an oven-safe baking dish. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until bubbly on top and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool for 3 to 4 minutes.
③ While the Brie is baking, prepare the cinnamon honey butter by mixing together salt, cinnamon, honey, powdered sugar and softened salted butter. Once mixed, grab two pieces of bread and spread the butter on both sides of each piece. Toast each side of the bread in a skillet over medium-low heat until the bread is golden brown.
④ Now, time to make the sandwich. Start with a slice of toasted bread, spread your jam of choice, then layer it with prosciutto and charcuterie meat, next place a few slices of Manchego Cheese, then 2-3 pieces of your prosciutto-wrapped Brie, grated parmesan cheese and top with the toasted slice of bread. Enjoy!
