Loaded Nacho Dog

Loaded Nacho Dog


• 1 egg white
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1 package Turano Gourmet Brat Rolls 1 1⁄2 cups crushed tortilla chips
• 1 Tbsp. EVOO
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 1⁄2 tsp. salt
• 1⁄2 tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1⁄2 tsp. chili powder
• 1⁄2 tsp. cumin
• 1⁄2 tsp. paprika
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 8 hot dogs
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream, in piping bag
• 1 cup pico de gallo
• 1 cup guac
• 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sliced jalapeno, for garnish


① Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. Whisk together the egg whites and water; brush onto rolls and coat in tortilla chips. Bake for 2 minutes so the coating sticks to the rolls and set aside.
② In a pan on medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika and onion powder. Brown the beef and set aside.
③ Grill hot dogs and place in each roll, then add seasoned ground beef and a drizzle of sour cream. Top with fresh pico, a dollop of guac and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Garnish with sliced jalapenos and enjoy!
