• 4 Turano French Rolls
• 4 hot Italian Sausages
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 onion
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper

• Pre-heat grill to medium heat
• Poke holes in sausages with fork
• Cut and deseed red bell pepper in half
• Cut onion into 4 pieces
• Lightly oil bell pepper and onion
• Place sausages, bell peppers, and onion on to grill, turn as needed to make sure no sides get burnt
• Sausages will finish before vegetables, take off grill as needed
