Sweet Chili Shrimp Salad Minis

Ingredients
¼ cup mayonnaise 2 Tbl. Asian sweet chili sauce ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ¼ cup carrots, shredded ¼ cup red radish, shredded ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced 1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked ½ cucumber, sliced thin 4 leaves of romaine lettuce 4 Turano Bambino Rolls, sliced

Directions
Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, carrots, radish and bell pepper together. Fold the shrimp into the dressing. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Layer Bambino rolls with lettuce, cucumber and shrimp salad.
