Ultimate Giardiniera Infused Burger

Ingredients
• 2 LB Ground beef
• 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
• 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
• 1/2 tsp Crushed Red pepper
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
• 1 ½ cup Giardiniera (Hot, Medium or Mild)
• 4 Hamburger Turano Bleacher Buns™
Directions
① Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
② Strain the giardiniera to remove the oil and roughly chop.
③ Combine beef, chopped giardiniera, and spices in a medium bowl.
④ Form beef mixture into patties
⑤ Place burgers on hot grill and cook for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes till desired doneness. 3 minutes will get you to medium.
⑥ Place Provolone cheese on the burger in the last minutes of cooking so it can melt and the buns directly on the grill to toast.
⑦ Once the burgers and buns are done, remove from grill and place on a platter.
⑧ To build, place the burger on the bun and top with a couple tablespoons of Giardiniera and serve. Enjoy!
