Cheeseburger Kabobs

Cheeseburger Kabobs


• 1lb ground beef, formed into 8 small burgers
• 3 Turano Brioche Rolls
• 2 slices of American cheese, cut into fourths
• 8 Grillo’s or your favorite pickle chips
• 4 cherry tomatoes – sliced in half
• ½ red onion – cut into 1-inch squares
• 4 Romaine lettuce leaf — cut into smaller pieces
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


① Using your hands, mix your ground beef with your salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and then roll into 8 small balls, flatten to about ½ of an inch.
② Cook your burger patties on the grill until cooked through, and then top each of them with one of your cheese quarters, remove from the grill once the cheese melts.
③ Tear your lettuce into small pieces you can fold together to fit on the skewers. Cut your pickles into 1-inch pieces.
④ Assemble your kabobs: Start with a piece of a bottom bun first, add one of your burger patties, followed by lettuce, onion, a cherry tomato and a pickle chip, add another piece of bun and repeat above step. Finish with the top bun and repeat with next skewer, recipe makes 4 kabobs.
