• 1 pkg. Turano Sliced Rustic Italian
• 3 eggs
• 1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
• 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
• ¼ cup herb cream cheese
• 1 4oz package smoked salmon
• 1 tsp. capers
• 1 orange, sliced
• ½ cup fresh raspberries
• ½ cup fresh blackberries
• ½ cut strawberries
• 1-4 small grape bunches
• 2 small glasses of orange juice

① Preheat oven to 425˚F. In a small bowl, beat one egg to make an egg wash. Cut small heart shapes out of the rustic Italian and brush with wash. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the hearts and bake on a baking sheet for 4-5 minutes or until toasted. Set aside.
② Cut a heart shape in 2 slices of rustic Italian and spread ½ Tbsp. of butter on each slice. Place in pan on medium heat and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and add the remaining butter. Return slices back to pan with the toasted side facing up. Crack an egg into each heart and cook to desired doneness.
③ Arrange the egg and mini heart toasts on a wooden board. Surround them with the remaining ingredients to create the breakfast board and enjoy!
