Baked Feta Pasta


• 1-2 Pane Turano Slices, Toasted
• 2 Pints Cherry Tomatoes
• 4 Garlic Cloves, halved
• 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 Tsp Chili Pepper Flakes
• 1 Block of Feta Cheese
• 1 Tbsp of Oregano
• 2 Cups of Medium Egg Shell Pasta
• Basil To Taste
• Red Pepper Flakes To Taste


① Preheat the oven to 400°F.
② In a 9x13 inch baking dish, add in the cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves, olive oil, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
③ Put a block of feta cheese in the middle of the baking dish and add in the oregano and red pepper flakes (optional).
④ Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
⑤ While the tomatoes and feta are baking, cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving ½ cup of the cooking liquid in case you'd like to toss it in.
⑥ Immediately after baking, add any additional garnishes and toss to combine.
⑦ Transfer the cooked pasta to the baking dish and combine. Garnish with chopped basil and enjoy!
