Baked Reuben Dip


• Turano Rustic Rye
• 8 ounces of Vienna Corned Beef, shredded
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• Mayonnaise 30 Oz
• 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
• 16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
• 16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
• Chopped Parsley, to taste


① Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and thousand island dressing.
② Spread sauerkraut into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Next layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese and dressing mixture (in that order) on top of the sauerkraut.
③ Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
④ Toast a 4 Rustic Rye slices. Cut into triangular pieces and serve!
