Breaded Chicken Torta on Soft Sub Roll

Ingredients
2 teaspoons vegetable oil 4 Turano Soft Sub Rolls, cut in half 1/4 cup sour cream 1 avocado, halved, pitted, sliced into 12 pieces 1 can refried beans 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 pound cooked, chicken or steak covered in bread crumbs 1 tomato, sliced into 8 pieces 1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions
Preheat grill pan or skillet over medium heat with oil. (Or turn oven to 375*F to bake sandwiches). Spread top halves of each roll with sour cream and add avocado slices. Spread refried beans on the bottom halves, top with mozzarella cheese, breaded steak or chicken, lettuce, and tomato. Put the whole sandwich together and place on grill pan or skillet. Using the back of a spatula, press the sandwiches against the cooking surface. Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes. (If baking, wrap sandwiches in foil and cook in the oven 5-7 minutes.)
