Cheesy, Bacon-Wrapped Burger


• Turano Brioche Rolls
• Ground beef
• Salt
• Pepper
• Cheese
• Bacon (4 slices per burger)


① Preheat your grill to 300 – 350 degrees F.
② Place the bacon wrapped patties directly on the grill grates and grill for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
③ After 10 minutes, flip the burger patties and close the grill lid again and grill for another 10 minutes.
④ Remove the bacon wrapped burgers from the grill once the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, pull at 130 – 135 degrees F. For a medium finish, pull at 140 – 140 degrees F.
⑤Rest your bacon wrapped burgers for 10 minutes then enjoy on Turano's Brioche Rolls!
