Chicago-Style Hot Dog


• 1 Turano poppyseed bun
• 1 all-beef hotdog
• 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon green pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon chopped onion
• 2 tomato wedges
• 1 pickle spear
• 2 sport peppers


① Prepare the grill. For gas, preheat on high for 10 minutes. For a charcoal grill, preheat until the charcoal is covered in white ash. Once the grill is heated, reduce the heat to medium for a standard all-beef hotdog. Grill for about 10 minutes.

② Place hot dog in the steamed bun. Pile on the toppings in this order: yellow mustard, sweet green pickle relish, onion, cut tomato wedges, pickle spear, sport peppers, and celery salt.

③ The tomatoes should be nestled between the hot dog and the top of the bun. Place the pickle between the hot dog and the bottom of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
