Chicken Salad Sandwich


• Shredded Deli Roasted Chicken or 1lb of Boneless Chicken Breasts
• 4 Turano Gourmet Sandwich Rolls
• ½ cup of minced Red Onion
• 1 Apple, diced
• 1 Jalapeno minced
• ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
• ½ cup Mayonnaise
• Salt & Pepper to Taste
• Squeeze of Lemon
• Hot sauce (optional)


① Grill the chicken, adding salt and pepper to taste, covered, over medium-high heat until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-8 minutes on each side.
② Cool; cover and refrigerate chicken until chilled. Chop the grilled or deli roasted chicken and add to a large bowl, mixing with the red onion, celery, cilantro, mayonnaise, salt & pepper, and squeeze of lemon.
③ Spead more mayonnaise on the bottom bun of the Turano Brioche Rolls. And top with lettuce, chicken salad mix, hot sauce (optional) and the top bun.
④ Serve with chips and an ice-cold beverage. Enjoy!
