Chipotle Ranch Egg Salad Sandwich


• 7 eggs
• ¼ cup ranch
• 2 Tbsp. mayo
• ½ tsp. chipotle powder
• ½ tsp. kosher salt
• 1/8 tsp. black pepper
• ¼ tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. red onion, finely chopped
• 2 Tbsp. celery, small dice
• 3 Tbsp. bacon crumbles
• 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese blend
• 3 Turano Gourmet Rolls


① Place eggs in a small pot and cover will cold water. Bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat.
② Cook the eggs for 10 minutes then drain and place in an ice bath. Peel and chop the eggs then set aside.
③ In a small bowl mix together ranch, mayo, chipotle powder, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Pour mixture over eggs and add the onion, celery, bacon and cheese. Fold to combine.
④ Divide egg salad amongst rolls and enjoy!
