Chopped Chicken, Bacon & Ranch Sandwich

Ingredients

• 3 Turano Soft Sub Rolls
• 1-1.5 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
• 6 slices of bacon
• 1 onion, sliced thin
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
• 5 mozzarella cheese slices
• Ranch dressing
• Optional: chives, chopped for garnish


Directions

① Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and add your favorite seasonings. Remove the chicken from the skillet once cooked through and set aside.
② Cook the bacon in the oven at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes.
③ In the same skillet, add the peppers and onions. Sauté for about 5-10 minutes until softened and caramelized.
④ On a large cutting board, place the cooked chicken, sauteed peppers and onions, bacon, and slices of provolone cheese. Using a sharp large knife, begin chopping the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
⑤ Once the cheese is melted and everything is chopped and mixed together drizzle with ranch and mix.
⑥ Use a long spatula to flip the mixture onto the toasted Turano Soft Sub Roll, pile on the chopped mixture until the roll is full. Drizzle Ranch on top of each sandwich and enjoy!
