Dill Havarti Pickle Grilled Cheese


• 2 slices Turano Rustic Italian
• 4 oz Roth Cheese Dill Havarti , shredded
• 2 tbsp Dill Pickles, patted to remove excess moisture
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1 tbsp pickle juice from jar
• 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped


① Start by mixing mayo, pickle juice and chopped dill until well combined.
② Spread mayo mixture on one slice of bread and place in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add half of the shredded Dill Havarti cheese to the slice of bread then top with pickles and the rest of the dill havarti.
③ Spread mayo mixture on the other slice of bread and place on top of the sandwich build with the mayo side facing out.
④ Cook for a few minutes on each side until they’re both golden brown and the cheese has melted completely.
⑤ Remove from heat and enjoy!
