Green Goddess Hummus

Green Goddess Hummus

Ingredients
¼ cup tahini 1 Meyer lemon, juiced 1 tsp. lemon zest, grated 1-15 oz. can of garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas), drained and rinsed 1 avocado, halved, pitted 1 large clove of garlic 2 tbl. olive oil ¼ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped ½ cup baby spinach, roughly chopped ¼ cup fresh tarragon, roughly chopped 3-4 green onions, ends trimmed off 3-4 basil leaves ½ tsp. salt

Directions
In the bowl or your food processor, combine tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, garbanzo beans avocado and garlic. Pulse until smooth. Drizzle in olive oil as the food processor continues to run until fully incorporated. Add parsley, spinach, tarragon, onions, basil and salt. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Spread over slices of toasted Pane Turano bread.
