Sausage Gravy:
• 1 can country sausage gravy
• 2 tbsp Italian seasoning, dried

①To make Herbed Sausage Gravy, in a medium saucepot, mix together sausage gravy, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Bring to simmer. Turn off the heat and let it infuse for 30 minutes and set aside.

③ Preheat oil to 350.
④ In a large bowl, combine corn starch, flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Remove thighs from buttermilk and coat in flour mixture. Shake off excess flour, dip in buttermilk again and coat in flour once more. Repeat for the remaining thighs.
⑤ Fry the chicken in hot oil for about 4 minutes or golden brown and fully cooked. Meanwhile, heat a skillet on medium heat. Spread butter on English Muffins and toast until golden brown.
⑥ Place the fried chicken on the English Muffin and add top the sandwich with 2 tablespoons of gravy.
