Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich

Ingredients
Turano Brioche Rolls Fried Chicken Waffle Bacon JALAPENO-HONEY MAYO: 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons honey 1 jalapeno pepper, minced Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
CHICKEN: Cook fried chicken according to your preferences. WAFFLES: Cook waffles according to your preferences. JALAPENO-HONEY MAYO: Whisk together the mayonnaise honey, jalapeno, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a small mixing bowl. Set aside. Refrigerate until ready to use. BACON: Lay the bacon strips flat in an even layer in a large, cold skillet. Over low heat, cook the bacon slowly, turning occasionally to prevent burning, until the fat is rendered and the bacon is crispy, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate to drain off excess fat. ASSEMBLE: Toast Brioche Roll. Lay waffle on top of bottom half. Next stack chicken and bacon on top. Pour jalapeno-honey mayo on top. Finish with Brioche Roll. Enjoy!
