Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Grilled Chicken Sandwich
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbl. olive oil
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbl. lemon juice, fresh
4 4-6 oz. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
Montreal Chicken Seasoning, to taste
2 Tbl. olive oil
4 Turano Buttermilk Potato Rolls, grilled or toasted
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 head romaine lettuce, shredded
Directions
Combine oil and garlic in a pan and cook over medium-low until garlic is soft and lightly browned. Set aside garlic and oil to let cool 5 minutes.
Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, garlic and oil in a bowl. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Season chicken breasts with Montreal Chicken Seasoning and rub with oil on both sides.
Grill chicken breasts 4-6 minutes per side, depending on size. (Cook until internal temp 160°F is reached)
Grill or toast inside of Buttermilk Potato Rolls, just enough to toast them and form grill marks.
Top buns with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayo and serve.
