Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Sandwich


• 1 fresh peach, sliced
• Fresh Burrata cheese
• 2 oz sliced prosciutto
• 6 medium basil leaves, fresh
• 1 tsp honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 slices Turano Rustic Italian


① Slice peach into medium-small slices and brush with olive oil, then set aside.
② Next, finely chop the fresh basil leaves and set aside with the peaches.
③ Drizzle olive oil on both sides of each slice of bread.
④ Place your peach slices and bread directly on the grill over medium heat. Cook until grill marks form and peaches slightly soften, flip, and repeat on the other side. Then remove from the grill.
⑤ To build the sandwich, start with one slice of bread. Spread burrata cheese, place prosciutto then add the peach slices, chopped basil, drizzle with honey, and top with the other slice of bread. Enjoy!
