Grilled Stuffed Chicken Sandwich


• 4 Turano Brioche Rolls
• 4 large boneless chicken breast
• 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
• Spinach
• Roasted Red Peppers

• 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
• 12 oz chopped spinach
• 6 oz roasted red peppers
• 1 c mozzarella (shredded)
• Salt and Pepper to taste


① Slice the chicken breast in half to make it foldable.
② In a bowl add all the stuffing ingredients together and mix until well combined.
③ Evenly distributed the filling into each chicken breast and seal it in place with toothpicks.
④ Add the chicken to a hot grill and let cook for about 10 minutes flipping halfway through. The chicken is done when the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
⑤ Top the chicken with a slice of mozzarella cheese and leave on grill until fully melted.
⑥ To build the sandwich: on the bottom bun, place spinach, the grilled chicken breast, roasted red peppers and finish with the top bun. Enjoy!
