Mama Flory's Stromboli

Ingredients
6 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups warm water 4 Tbl. sugar ¼ tsp. salt 1 pkg. instant dry yeast ¼ lb. sliced salami ¼ lb. sliced pepperoni ½ lb. sliced ham ½ lb. sliced Swiss cheese ½ lb. sliced or shredded mozzarella ½ lb. provolone 1 Tbl Italian seasoning 1 tsp. dried oregano 1 tsp. garlic powder ¼ cup yellow mustard 2 Tbl. olive oil

Directions
Mix flour, warm water, sugar, salt, and dry yeast together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Knead on floured table top to form a smooth ball. Add 1 tsp. oil to bowl and return dough ball. Coat dough ball completely with oil, then cover bowl and store in a warm place for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375*F. Divide dough into 4 equal parts and roll out into a rectangular shape about ½” thick. Layer each dough evenly with meats, then cheeses, then spices, herbs and mustard. Fold in edges, fold over one side, then flip over to seal completely. Brush top with olive oil, then using a knife cut small slits in the top of the dough. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
