Meat & Cheese Stuffed Crusted Roll-Ups

Ingredients

• 6-8 Turano Rustic Italian Rolls
• ½ lb of sliced deli ham
• ½ lb of sliced mortadella
• ½ lb of sliced pepperoni
• ½ lb sliced american cheese
• Olive oil
• 4 eggs


Directions

① Slice the crust off of the Turano Rustic Italian slices and cut the white bread into equal squares. Save the crusts.
② Cut up the crusts into pieces and place in a dish.
③ In a bowl, beat the eggs together
④ Top each slice of bread with a slice of cheese and one of the meats, then roll it up. Place each roll into the egg mixture first, roll it around to get all sides, then mix it in the crust mixture, ensuring all sides are mixed.
⑤ Place the roll ups into a boiling oil pan and let fry until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.
⑥ When you take out the roll ups, let them sit for 2 minutes and the cheese in the middle should still be melty.
