• 2 Small Bambino Rolls
• 2 meatballs (I used Farm Rich's Turkey Meatballs)
• 2 tbsp cheddar
• 1 tbsp mozzarella
• 1/4 tsp capers
• 1 tbsp whole grain mustard

① Begin by melting cheese over the meatballs. You can either do this in a small pan on the stovetop or you could just melt the cheese over the meatballs by popping it in the microwave for a minute or two.
② Next, slice each roll in half and toast them under the broiler until they're warm and crispy. Thoroughly smear each roll with half of the mustard.
③ Next, add one meatball with the cheese melted over it into each roll and top with capers. Serve immediately.
