One Pan Burgers

Ingredients
• 1 pack Turano Gourmet Sandwich Rolls
• 2 lbs Lean Ground Beef 90/10
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 12–15 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1/2 cup Dill Pickle slices
• Olive Oil
The Garlic Butter Glaze:
• 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
• 1 tsp Dried Parsley
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
Burger Sauce:
• 1 cup of mayo
• 1 - 1.5 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 - 1.5 tbsp yellow mustard
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked chipotle powder
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp of salt, more to taste
• 1 tsp of sugar or sugar substitute
• a splash of white vinegar
Directions
① Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a sheet pan or 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
② In a large bowl (or directly on the baking dish), combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.
③ Press the beef mixture evenly into a rectangle on the sheet pan, slightly larger than the size of the connected Turano Gourmet Sandwich Rolls. Using a spoon, press down on the beef in even spots (this reduces the amount that it shrinks). Bake for 12-15 minutes, until mostly cooked through but still juicy.
④ While the beef cooks, whisk together all Burger Sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Set aside.
⑤ In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, parsley, and garlic salt to make the Garlic Butter Glaze.
⑥ Place the bottom half of the rolls into a clean baking dish or sheet pan. Carefully slide the cooked beef slab onto the bottom rolls. Layer the cheddar cheese slices evenly over the hot beef and allow them to begin melting.
⑦ Top with the dill pickles and spread the Burger Sauce over the top.
⑧ Place the top half of the rolls over the pickles and brush generously with the Garlic Butter Glaze.
⑨ Return the assembled sandwiches to the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the tops are golden brown. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sandwiches, and serve warm.
