Roasted Tomato & Pesto Melt


• Rustic Italian
• Pesto
• Tomato
• Dried Basil
• Dried Garlic
• Sea Salt
• Pepper
• Olive Oil
• Arugula
• Sun-Dried Tomatoes


① Pre-heat oven to 375℉
② On the Rustic Italian bread slices, generously spread the pesto.
③ Slice tomato slices and add on to each bread slice so that the tomato slices are covering most of the bread.
④ Add additional optional ingredients if doing so. Sprinkle dried basil, dried garlic, sea salt and pepper on top of the tomatoes and drizzle with Olive Oil.
⑤ Put in the oven for 10 minutes. When the bread starts to crisp up and tomatoes are darkening, turn the heat up on the stove to broil for an additional 3 - 5 minutes until the tops of the tomatoes and the sides of the bread start to darken considerably.
⑥ Take out of the oven and let sit for 2-4 minutes before serving.
