Salmon BLT with Lemon Mayo


• Salmon
• Bacon
• Mayo
• Olive oil
• Tomato
• Salt
• Pepper
• Lettuce
• Lemon
• Cayenne pepper
• Lemon zest


Salmon BLT
① Place bacon in skillet and cook at medium temp until desired level of crispy. Use the skillet to toast bread slices if desired as well.
② Prepare the salmon by drying it with a paper towel, then season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
③ Using the same skillet, at medium to high temp, add olive oil and once hot add the salmon, cooking on each side for 2-4 minutes. Watch for the color to change to know when to flip and take off the skillet.
④ Once the salmon is cooked, remove the skillet from the stove top and let sit for 1-2 minutes. In the meantim, prepare the BLT and spread the lemon mayo before adding the salmon and combining to make the sandwich.

Lemon Mayo
① Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Store in fridge (covered) until ready to use
