Shaved Egg Avocado Toast
Ingredients
• Turano Rustic Grains Bread
• Mayo
• 1 Avocado
• 2 Hardboiled eggs
• Grated parmesan cheese
• Red pepper flakes
• Seasoning
Directions
① Toast desired amount of Turano Rustic Grains bread slices.
② Add a layer of mayo to each slice.
③ Add the sliced avocado on top of the mayo. Mash avocado optionally.
④ Use your grater to shave the egg on top of the avocado.
⑤ Season with salt, pepper, grated parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes
